Fresh cuts of steaks are brought to your table, so that you can select the cut of meat. Let me tell you, when it comes to a filet, they don’t just bring you a piece of filet, they bring you the entire filet. After carefully selecting our steaks, they were taken back to the kitchen and masterfully prepared by one of their chefs. This is by far is the best steak house in Cancun. We had an order of the potato puffs. Potato puffs are thinly sliced potatoes that are quickly flash fried, then chilled and quickly throw back into hot oil, which causes them to puff up. It’s the best potato puff we had ever experience. Absolutely everything we ordered was fantastic.
