Edith’s Restaurante is exquisite and so totally different from most of the dining in Cabo. They offer the most amazing and tantalizing food in the area. If you go to Cabo, you absolutely must dine at Edith’s!
Handmade tortillas, Caesar salad made a la tableside, outdoor mesquite grill, fresh fish and seafood, huge steaks, flaming coffees and banana flambé, and all overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The atmosphere, service, fantastic food, and in our opinion the best margaritas in Cabo.
This restaurant is passionately committed to serving authentic Baja Californian regional cuisine. Mouth-watering aromas entice passersby into an alfresco setting of lanterns aglow and clay chimneys ablaze, warming the cool night air. Colonial touches, grand palapas, and the rustic Californiano chiname construction-style lend a relaxed elegance to this awesome restaurant.
Edith’s signature touch is that she uses organic produce from local farms along with the finest meat, fish, seafood and range free chicken. Plus there is an impressive list of wines for pairing with each course. Edith’s sizzling mesquite grill imbibes each plate with irresistible flavor. The portions are extremely generous and outstandingly delicious. But, make sure you leave room for the spectacular presentation and savory the flavors of the banana flambé!
