The environment at El Chilar is sealed by their passion for service coupled with the kindness and professionalism of everybody who will serves you. Their suggested wine pairings are truly outstanding.\u00a0 From the moment we entered El Chilar, we knew, this was one fantastic restaurant.\u00a0 The bread \u201cChilar\u201d was served warm and the flavors were amazing.\u00a0 I simply had to have this bread recipe, watch for it in an upcoming issue&#8230; it is simply one amazingly flavorful, delightfully wonderful bread.\u00a0 Everything we tried was outstanding.\u00a0 The lamb stew wrapped in parchment paper&#8230; oh my, like nothing you have ever eaten.\u00a0 While visiting Cabo, you simply must go to San Jose and dine at El Chilar.<\/p>\n<p>Chef Armando Monta\u00f1o develops a new menu each month, playing with different ingredients from the old Mexican cuisine with new flavors, textures and the magical touch of the chile, the basic ingredient in every dish that El Chilar shows to the world. every month or so, consisting of particularly creative dishes that capitalize on fresh Mexican ingredients, especially chiles Chilar shows to the world.
